Timely, efficient, excellent demonstration and communication of the problem verbally, as well as in the report which followed speedily and in the timeframe given. I have updated feedback to increase the score for reliability and timekeeping. I had read the email to mean that the surveyor would come at 12, and the survey would take 2.5 hours, rather than attending at some point between 12 and 2.30. The surveyor did call well within that time span. The confusion was in the email confirmation – it could have been clearer that he would arrive at some point between 12 and 230, and not at 12.
